FuturisticWars Rules and Regulations

1. Players are only allowed to have one account, owning two or more accounts will result in all accounts being jailed, if you are on the same IP as another player, mail staff and let them know.
2. Transferring items to someone on the same IP will result in jail time. Incremental jail time will increase with each offense until you are jailed permanently. Items, cash, crystals, etc illegally transferred will be confiscated.
3. You are responsible for whatever happens on your account, don't give out your password to anyone.
4. We have a game etiquette of attacking while offline unless at war, to attack people repeatedly online is both rude and unfair as some seem to deem this okay I am making it a rule that repeatedly attacking the same person and hospitalizing them for no real reason while they are online trying to train will result in jail time. This includes assassinations while the player is online.
5. Children play this game, so keep it PG-13. Mild swearing will be permitted, but F-bombing, sexual vulgarities or excessive swearing will result in some time in Fed until you clean up your act.
6. No players using the same IP may belong to the same gang Without first clearing this with an Admin. Violations of this rule may be considered cheating and will be dealt with as such.
7. All gangs caught continuing to war a gang who has reached negative respect and been defeated will have their respect deleted when the defeated gang is deleted. This is not negotiable and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Gangs involved in wars are not to be attacked and hospitalised by any gang that is not involved in the war themselves. This will be considered cheating.
9. Profile images with nudity, profanity, or otherwise offensive images will be removed, and may result in jail time.
10. We understand that you play other games, but do not advertise them here. You get 1 warning, afterwards its Fed time.
11. Do not spam the staff's mailbox, if you have a problem, message one of us once. They will deal with your problem in a timely manner, but do not mail them repeatedly, or mail multiple staff members.
12. Do not harass other players, use common sense on this one, if you don't know when your crossing the line from fantasy into harrassment, assume that you are harassing the other player. This will not be tolerated and will result in a stiff punishment. This includes the harrassment, abuse or degrading of staff.
13. Scamming will not be tolerated in any manner. Any attempt to scam anyone will result in being jailed for a long long time.
14. If a member of staff is bothering you for any unfair or just plain, weird reason, mail Voodoo [40]with all proof. A full investigation of the incident will be conducted. Do not complain about staff simply beause you do not like them!li>
15. Common sense rules are not posted here, if you can't determine the difference between what is ok, and what is not, you should consider not interacting with other people until you do understand.
16. DONATIONS are non-refundable. The donations are made and only donated for help and thanks to owners for keeping the game running. NOTE: If game owners change, previous owners are not eligible for refunding any dps that new owners will not give or if new owners reset game.
17. These rules are subject to change without notice, check them from time to time, as ignorance will not be accepted as an excuse.
